Mohammed Taha, you were an absolute legend, always there for me during my stay. The single room I had was unbelievably spacious, bigger than some doubles I've seen! The breakfast served in the room was just perfect. The staff were super friendly, always quick to respond to any requests. Loved the convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Can't wait to return to this amazing place in Jordan!

Good and modern rooms with a mini fridge bar, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area. The view from the window to street. Amazingly nice and amiable staff and stunning location in the middle of jackson!

The Arabic breakfast at Balcony Hotel was absolutely delightful. I had a great variety of tasty dishes to choose from and the staff even brought it to my room. It was nice to have a dedicated space for eating as well. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being not too far from both the city center and the airport. There were plenty of cafes, shops, and a pharmacy nearby for convenience.
Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of certain amenities like bottled water, tea, or coffee in the room, and the absence of a towel hanger in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, the room was ready before check-in time, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

Located just outside the city center, easy access to supermarkets and local restaurants. The rooms are spacious and staff are friendly. Arabic breakfast is served to your room. Free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment.
The hotel could benefit from some renovation, as some en-suite bathrooms need updating.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was just on the outskirts of the city, making it quieter and more peaceful. Additionally, there was a nearby supermarket which was convenient for picking up snacks and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any queries I had. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, making for a pleasant stay.
Couldn't fault anything during my stay.

During our stay at Balcony Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city provided a peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle. We also appreciated the friendly reception and the helpfulness of Mohammed Taha, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The hotel had everything we needed, and the single room size was even larger than some double rooms we've stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Jordan.

We spent our Xmas holidays at a hotel and we were pleased with the complementary hot chocolate and cookies that were offered at arrival. The hotel is located near a shopping center and several restaurants which made our stay more convenient. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the comfortable bed that allowed us to have a good night's sleep.
Although the hotel had some positive aspects, we also faced some challenges during our stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and the breakfast options were limited.

The suite we stayed in was big and spacious - perfect for our family of four. the beds were large and cozy, providing us with a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets in the nearby area. We also enjoyed the Arabic breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning.
Our experience was largely ruined by the lack of amenities and poor room maintenance. Upon arrival, we discovered there were no toiletries or sufficient towels in the room.
